AC Commercial, an Orlando based commercial property management company, added 3 new RV Resort/Mobile Home Park management contracts to its portfolio in late July and early August of this year.
The first of the three comes from Pompano Beach, FL. As a property management company, AC Commercial also offers its services to properties under the receivership process during and after foreclosure.
The Pompano Beach mobile home park, like some other commercial properties in today?s economy, is currently going through a bank initiated foreclosure process. Meanwhile the court assigned receivership group picked AC Commercial as the park?s property management solution amongst others bidding for the job.

It is a popular destination because of its proximity to the beach and Daytona 500. Plantation Oaks in Seffner, FL has 200 mobile home spaces and was built in the early 70s.
Earlier this summer, AC Commercial signed its first mobile home park management contract and has been growing its self-storage management arm with approximately one new storage management contract per month this year.
With the addition of 3 new management contracts, AC?s portfolio of managed commercial properties in Florida and Texas reaches 1,500,000 square feet.
