BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A Boise couple working their shifts at a restaurant drive-in on their 8-year wedding anniversary decided to celebrate by walking across the street on their break to buy a $10 Idaho Lottery Scratch ticket.
KTVB-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1a1qntz ) that Tyler Kellogg and his wife Joyce won $100,000 with the ticket purchased Thursday.
The couple says they usually only buy the $5 tickets but decided to double that amount on their anniversary.
Tyler Kellogg says he had returned to cleaning tables at the Big Bun Drive-in when Joyce started yelling they had a winning ticket.
